Relevant Contract Data. 2.2.1 Offerors shall submit, as the Prime, no more than three (3) contract references and Principal subcontractors submit no more than two (2) contract references, as part of the Past Performance Volume. For each contract identified for past performance in Attachment P1 (Past Performance Information Form) the Offeror shall complete an Attachment P4 (Past Performance Contract Data) and submit it within Volume 2 as a separate electronic file (Microsoft Excel) as directed in Part A, paragraph 3.3 of this section. Please note that this form is a summary of the Prime’s or JV team members’ relevant contract data. All detailed information and comparative analysis of the past performance references to the APSD requirement shall be provided in Section L, Part B, Volume 2, Section 2.3 (Evaluation), of the Offeror’s proposal. The contract references submitted in each P1 attachment (Past Performance Information Form) shall be used in completing this volume and all contract references shall be numbered the same throughout the Offeror’s past performance proposal (i.e. the first contract reference shall be designated “PP1”, the second contract reference shall be designated “PP2”, etc.). File names or contract references shall be formatted in the following manner: N00421-XX-X-XXXX PP1, N00421-XX-X-XXXX PP2, etc. where “N00421” is replaced with the actual UIC as necessary.

  • Contract Documents The contract documents shall consist of the following:

  • Project contract 1. For each approved project a project contract shall be concluded between the Programme Operator and the Project Promoter.

  • Copies of Contract Documents to Contractor Without charge to the Contractor the Design Professional shall furnish to the Contractor up to five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format.   • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work).
