Common use of Released Party Clause in Contracts

Released Party. “Released Party” or “Released Parties” shall mean the Knauf Defendants and the Other Releasees and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, predecessors, successors, heirs, legal representatives, legatees and/or assigns, together with past, present and future officers, directors, board members, shareholders, members, presidents, managers, partners, employees, distributors, retail dealers, agents, servants, representatives, consultants, in-house or outside attorneys, insurers, and reinsurers of each of the foregoing.

Released Party. “Released Party” or “Released Parties” shall mean the Knauf Defendants IP, International Paper Company and the Other Releasees and their its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, predecessors, successors, heirs, legal representatives, legatees and/or assigns, together with past, present and future officers, directors, board members, shareholders, members, presidents, managers, partners, employees, distributors, retail dealers, agents, servants, representatives, consultants, in-house or outside attorneys, insurers, and reinsurers of each of the foregoing.

Released Party. “Released Party” or “Released Parties” shall mean the Knauf Defendants and the Other Releasees and their respective parentsDefendant, as defined herein, as well as its parent(s), subsidiaries, shareholders, affiliates, insurers, divisions, employee benefit plans, predecessors, successors, heirs, legal representatives, legatees and/or successors and assigns, together with past, and all of their past and present and future officers, directors, board membersstockholders, shareholderstrustees, membersattorneys, presidentsfiduciaries, managersheirs, partnersagents, employees, distributors, retail dealers, agents, servants, representatives, consultants, in-house or outside attorneys, insurers, and reinsurers any one of each of the foregoingthem.
