Release Requests Clause Samples
The "Release Requests" clause defines the process by which a party may formally request the release of certain obligations, funds, or property under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the required steps for submitting a release request, such as providing written notice, supporting documentation, or meeting specific conditions precedent. For example, a contractor might request the release of a payment holdback after completing a project milestone and providing proof of completion. The core function of this clause is to establish a clear and orderly mechanism for parties to obtain releases, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that releases are granted only when appropriate criteria are met.
Release Requests. To obtain the release of any Deposit Materials, Popular shall submit to Iron Mountain: (i) a Work Request to release such Deposit Materials that specifies the Deposit Account(s) to be released; and (ii) a certification that a Release Event has occurred (and in the case of Section 3.1(e), the required certification) with respect to such Deposit Account(s).
Release Requests. IDT may from time to time submit written requests to TSMC that specify the type and quantity of Wafers to be released from the Wafer Bank and further processing instructions (the “Release Requests”). TSMC will release the requested Wafers within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of a Release Request, provided that such Release Request is received by TSMC during normal business hours on a Business Day. The minimum Lot size for a Release Request is five (5) Wafers for production releases or two (2). Wafers for engineering releases. Wafers released from the Wafer Bank will be invoiced at the current production pricing on the expected date of shipment.
