Common use of Release Reporting Clause in Contracts

Release Reporting. Upon the occurrence of any event during performance of the Work that Respondent is required to report pursuant to Section 103 of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9603, or Section 304 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know'Act (EPCRA), 42 U.S.C. § 1100,4, Respondent shall immediately orally notify the RPM or, in the event of his/her unavailability, the Regional Duty Officer at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, and the National Response Center at (800).424-8802. This reporting requirement is in addition to, and not in lieu of, reporting under Section 103 of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9603, and Section 304 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. § 11004.'
