Release Reporting. Upon the occurrence of any event during performance of the Work that Purchaser is required to report pursuant to Section 103 of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9603, or Section 304 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-know Act (EPCRA), 42 U.S.C. § 11004, Purchaser shall immediately orally notify the PM or, in the event of his/her unavailability, the Regional Duty Officer at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, and the National Response Center at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. This reporting requirement is in addition to, and not in lieu of, reporting under Section 103 of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9603, and Section 304 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. § 11004.
