Release of Shares from Repurchase Restriction. The Shares shall be released from the Company’s Repurchase Option in accordance with the Vesting Schedule set forth on the Grant Notice. Any of the Shares released from the Company’s Repurchase Option shall thereupon be released from the restrictions on transfer under Section 3.4.
