To familiarize myself with all rules, regulations and all persons and protocol pertaining to any and all property, in any way sustained or alleged to have been sustained as a result of activities relating to bicycling or the use of all Operator equipment and assets; 4. This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and representatives, in the bicycle and/or related equipmentevent of my death or incapacity; 5.
