Common use of Release of Financial Institution Clause in Contracts

Release of Financial Institution. The Grantor and the Secured Party agree that the Financial Institution is released from any and all liabilities to the Grantor and the Secured Party arising from the terms of this Agreement and the compliance of the Financial Institution with the terms hereof, except to the extent that such liabilities arise from the Financial Institution's negligence.
