Common use of Release of and Resort to Collateral Clause in Contracts

Release of and Resort to Collateral. Agent may release, regardless of consideration, any part of the Collateral without, as to the remainder of the Collateral, in any way impairing, affecting, subordinating or releasing any of the Liens created or evidenced by any of the Loan Documents or their position as a first and prior Lien in and to the Collateral (as defined in the Credit Agreement). For payment of the Obligations, Agent may resort to any security therefor held by Agent in such order and manner as Agent may elect.
