Common use of Release & Hold Harmless Clause in Contracts

Release & Hold Harmless. Athlete hereby releases and holds harmless the Clients, and its Coaches, Staff, Training Management, Directors, Sponsors, Representatives, Affiliated entities, volunteers, employees, agents and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the Training (Releases) with respect to any and all claims, causes of action, demands, injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property incident to athlete’s involvement or participation in any and all of the Training activities whether arising from the negligence of Clients or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I/we for myself and on behalf of Athlete hereby releases release and holds hold harmless the Clients, and its Coaches, Staff, Training Management, Directors, Sponsors, Representatives, Affiliated entities, volunteers, employees, agents volunteers and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the Training (Releases) with respect to any and all claims, causes of action, demands, injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property incident to athlete’s involvement or participation in any and all of the Training activities whether arising from the negligence of Clients Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
