RELEASE BY ASSIGNMENT. Each Operator may, along with a conveyance or assignment of all of its respective interest in the real property owned by such Operator, assign its interest in this Agreement, and shall, from and after the effective date of such assignment, be free of any further liability under this Agreement. An assignment by Operator of its interest in this Agreement shall not be effective until written notice thereof shall have been given to the City and other Operators.
