Relay. Relay warrants that it shall provide its products and services in a professional manner in accordance with customary industry standards. Relay further warrants that its products services, as provided, shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another; such warranty, however, does not apply in any instance in which Relay Services are: (i) used in conjunction or combination with one or more products or services not provided or approved by Relay; or (ii) used in a fashion other than as outlined in these Terms.
