Common use of Relationships of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Relationships of the Parties. Except as set forth herein, nothing in this Agreement imposes upon any Party any responsibility whatsoever with respect to services provided or contractual obligations assumed by any other Party, and nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to make any Party a partner, agent, or local representative of any other Party or to otherwise create any type of fiduciary responsibility or relationship of any kind whatsoever among the Parties, except as expressly stated herein. The obligations created and imposed by this Agreement are not joint; rather, such obligations are separate and several among the Parties.
