Relationship to FRBNY Credit Facility. Except as expressly set forth in this Article 8, the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the FRBNY and AIG under the FRBNY Credit Facility (for clarity, until repayment and termination of the FRBNY Credit Facility).
