Common use of Relationship to Existing Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relationship to Existing Indenture. This Thirtieth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of the Existing Indenture. The Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirtieth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved and, with respect to the Notes, the Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirtieth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Relationship to Existing Indenture. This Thirtieth Twentieth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of the Existing Indenture. The Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirtieth Twentieth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved and, with respect to the Notes, the Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirtieth Twentieth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

The Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirtieth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved and, with respect to the Notes, the Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirtieth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
