Common use of Relationship to Existing Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relationship to Existing Indenture. This Thirty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of the Existing Indenture. The Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved and, with respect to the Notes, the Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Relationship to Existing Indenture. This Thirty-Fifth Seventh Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of the Existing Indenture. The Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirty-Fifth Seventh Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified, confirmed and approved and, with respect to the Notes, the Existing Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Thirty-Fifth Seventh Supplemental Indenture, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
