Common use of Relationship Established Clause in Contracts

Relationship Established. The Company hereby employs Employee as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company to perform the services and duties normally and customarily associated with Employee’s position, such duties as may be specified in the Company’s bylaws, and such other duties as may from time to time be specified by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and its Board of Directors (the “Board”). Employee will be retained in such position during the term of his employment under this Agreement, and Employee hereby agrees to perform such services and duties in such capacity.

Relationship Established. The Company Employer hereby employs Employee as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Operating Officer of the Company to perform the services and duties normally and customarily associated with Employee’s position, such duties as may be specified in the Company’s bylaws, and such other duties as may from time to time be specified by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and its Board of Directors (the “Board”). Employee will be retained in such position during the term of his employment under this Agreement, and Employee hereby agrees to perform such services and duties in such capacity.

Employee will be retained in such position during the term of his employment under this Agreement, and Employee hereby agrees to perform such services and duties in such capacity.
