Relationship Deficiency Clause Samples

Relationship Deficiency. (a) "Relationship Deficiency" shall mean the failure by Cambridge to deliver professional claims management services in respect of the Claims in a manner consistent with the instructions and resources provided by the Reliance Insurers pursuant to this Agreement to Cambridge that (i) results in material damage to the Reliance Insurers or (ii) evidences an inability of Cambridge to continue to provide such services.
