Relationship between Landlord and Master Tenant. Nothing in this Lease will be deemed or construed by the parties hereto, nor by any third party, as creating a relationship of principal and agent or of partnership or of joint venture between the parties hereto or otherwise, it being understood and agreed that no provision contained herein, nor any acts on the parties hereto, will be deemed to create any relationship between the parties hereto other than the relationship of landlord and tenant.
