DEFINITIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF GENERAL APPLICATION
Other Provisions of General Application Section 7.1 Notices to the Rights Agent, Parent and the Stockholders’ Representative. Provisions of General Application (a) All accounting terms not specifically defined herein shall be construed in accordance with GAAP.
Relation to Indenture Definitions SECTION 1.01 This Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Indenture.
Definitions and Other Definitional Provisions (a) Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in Appendix A to this Agreement.
Other Definitional Provisions and Rules of Construction A. Any of the terms defined herein may, unless the context otherwise requires, be used in the singular or the plural, depending on the reference.
DEFINITIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF GENERAL APPLICATION
Continuing Provisions of the Agreement Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Amendment, all other terms of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
Application of construction and interpretation provisions of Loan Agreement Clauses 1.2 and 1.5 of the Loan Agreement apply, with any necessary modifications, to this Agreement.
