Common use of Related Cost Clause in Contracts

Related Cost. Unless Immucor specifies otherwise in an Agreement, all prices offered are exclusive of shipping costs, insurance costs, all taxes, fees, assessments, and charges which are levied, assessed or imposed by federal, state, or local authorities upon the Products or transactions contemplated hereunder or which are imposed on or measured by the price of the Products or the proceeds of sale hereunder (collectively referred to as the “Costs”). All such Costs will be borne by Customer, and Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Immucor harmless from and against any such Costs which may be imposed upon or asserted against Immucor.
