REJECTION OF REGISTRANTS. The Employer may reject any Employee or registrant for employment dispatched by an Employment Office of the Union, provided, however, that any such employee or registrant reporting for work at the agreed time and designated place and rejected by the Employer, shall be entitled to show-up time in the amount provided in Section 5(H) of this Agreement. A registrant rejected for one of the following reasons shall not be entitled to receive show-up time:
