Rejected Recorded Usage Data. 1.1. Upon agreement between CLEC and Embarq, messages that cannot be rated and/or billed by CLEC may be returned to Embarq via CDN or other medium as agreed by the Parties. Returned messages shall be sent directly to Embarq in their original EMI format utilizing standard EMI return codes.
