Rejected Recorded Usage Data. Upon agreement between CLEC and CenturyLink, messages that cannot be rated and/or billed by CLEC may be returned to CenturyLink via CDN or other medium as agreed by the Parties. Returned messages shall be sent directly to CenturyLink in their original EMI format utilizing standard EMI return codes.
