Rejected Recorded Usage Data. 53.10.1 Upon agreement between BullsEye and CenturyLink, messages that cannot be rated and/or billed by BullsEye may be returned to CenturyLink in their original format. 53.10.2 CenturyLink may correct and resubmit to BullsEye any messages returned to CenturyLink. CenturyLink will not be liable for any records determined by CenturyLink to be billable to a BullsEye End User. BullsEye will not return a message that has been corrected and resubmitted by CenturyLink. CenturyLink will only assume liability for errors caused by CenturyLink. 53.10.3 All practices and procedures for access to and use of CenturyLink OSS including all access and user identification codes shall remain the property of CenturyLink.
