Reinvestment Election Payment. For each Account designated by Schwab for the payment of capital gains distributions and/or dividends in additional shares of a Fund, Fund Company shall, on the payable date, credit to the applicable Account the aggregate number of full and fractional shares of the Fund reinvested as a result of such capital gains distributions and/or dividends.
