The reinsurance treaties, contracts and arrangements to which the Company or any Insurance Subsidiary is a party are in full force and effect and neither the Company nor any Insurance Subsidiary is in violation of, or in default in the performance, observance or fulfillment of, any obligation, agreement, covenant or condition contained therein, except for any such violations or defaults that, individually or in the aggregate, would not result in a Material Adverse Effect. To the knowledge of the Company, neither the Company nor any Insurance Subsidiary has received any written notice that any of the other parties to such treaties, contracts or arrangements intends not to, or will be unable to, perform such treaty, contract or arrangement, except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Effect.
