Common use of Reinstatement of Lien Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Lien. Beneficiary’s rights hereunder shall be reinstated and revived, and the enforceability of this Mortgage shall continue, with respect to any amount at any time paid on account of any Secured Obligation which Beneficiary is thereafter required to restore or return in connection with a bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or similar proceeding with respect to Borrower or any other person.

Reinstatement of Lien.
