Common use of Reinstatement of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II a Company or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II a Company or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, any payment to or any part thereof, of any on behalf of the Obligations Company or by the Company under the Financing Agreements or by Completion Guarantor hereunder is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II Lender Beneficiaries, the Lenders or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any the Disbursement Agent upon the insolvency, bankruptcy bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II liquidation of the Company or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by any Lender Party upon the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II of any Other Borrower, the Guarantor or the Guarantorany other Obligor or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II or its representative representatives, to Guarantor or to any other guarantor for any reason reason, including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party or the Facility Company to Clean Technologies II the applicable Guarantor Party or its representative representatives or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II such Guarantor Party or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, . or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by any Lender Party upon the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II of any Borrower the Guarantor or any other Obligor (including the Guarantor) or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, any payment to or any part thereof, on behalf of any of the Obligations Affiliated Parties or to Project Owner by any of the Affiliated Parties under the Relevant Documents or by Guarantor hereunder is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by Project Owner upon the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result liquidation of any insolvency, bankruptcy of the Affiliated Parties or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by any member of the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II Buyer Group or its representative their representatives or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II Telenor or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective or shall be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, are rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any Lender upon the insolvency, bankruptcy bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II of the Borrower, the Guarantor or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, any payment to or on behalf of the Company or by the Company under the Financing Agreements or any part thereof, of any of the Obligations other Facility Agreement or by Completion Guarantor hereunder is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II Agent Beneficiaries (or its representative the Collateral Agent or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result the Disbursement Agent on behalf of any of them) upon the insolvency, bankruptcy bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II liquidation of the Company or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by Agent or any of the Guaranteed Party other Lenders to Clean Technologies II Borrower or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II Borrower or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by Agent or any of the Guaranteed Party other Lenders to Clean Technologies II either Borrower or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II either Borrower or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, any payment to or any part thereof, on behalf of any of the Obligations Affiliated Parties or to CCFC by any of the Affiliated Parties under the Relevant Documents or by Guarantor hereunder is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by CCFC upon the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result liquidation of any insolvency, bankruptcy of the Affiliated Parties or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by CCC to the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II Company or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II the Company or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, any payment to or any part thereof, on behalf of any of the Obligations Affiliated Parties or to CGC and the Facility Owners by any of the Affiliated Parties under the Relevant Documents or by Guarantor hereunder is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by CGC or any Facility Owner upon the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result liquidation of any insolvency, bankruptcy of the Affiliated Parties or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, payment of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II Trustee or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any Participant on the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II of the Charterer or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such the payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party Purchaser to Clean Technologies II Seller or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II Seller or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II any Beneficiary or its representative their representatives or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II any Seller or the any Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective ------------------------- or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, any payment to or any part thereof, of any on behalf of the Obligations Company or by the Company or by Guarantor hereunder is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any Beneficiaries upon the insolvency, bankruptcy bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II liquidation of the Company or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any Beneficiary upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II of any Obligor, the Guarantor or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of any of the Guaranteed Obligations is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II or the Guarantor, all as though such payment had not been made.

Reinstatement of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective, effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, any payment to or any part thereof, of any on behalf of the Obligations Company or by the Company under the Relevant Provision or by Guarantor hereunder is avoided, rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by the Guaranteed Party to Clean Technologies II Lender Beneficiaries, the Lenders or its representative or to any other guarantor for any reason including as a result of any the Disbursement Agent upon the insolvency, bankruptcy bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or reorganization proceeding with respect to Clean Technologies II liquidation of the Company or the Guarantorotherwise, all as though such payment had not been made.
