Common use of Reimbursement for Attested Time Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Attested Time. All Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for reimbursement of Attested Time up to ten (10) hours at twenty-five dollars ($25) per hour. To receive reimbursement for Attested Time, Settlement Class Members must submit a valid Claim Form that includes a brief description of the actions taken in response to the Data Security Incident and the time associated with each action. Claims for Attested Time are capped at $250.00 per individual. A claim for Attested Time may be combined with reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses but in no circumstance will a Settlement Class Member be eligible to receive more than the $25,000.00 individual cap for Out-of-Pocket Losses.

Claims for Attested Time are capped at One Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($250.00 100.00) per individual. A claim for Attested Time may be combined with a claim for reimbursement for Ordinary Out-of-Pocket Losses but in no circumstance will a Settlement Class Member be eligible to receive more than the Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($25,000.00 750.00) individual cap for Out-of-Pocket Lossescap.
