Common use of Reimbursement for Attested Time Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Attested Time. All Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for reimbursement of Attested Time up to five (5) hours at twenty-five dollars ($25) per hour. Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of Attested Time with a brief description of the actions taken in response to the Data Breach and the time associated with each action. Claims for Attested Time are capped at $125.00 per individual. A claim for Attested Time may be combined with reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses but in no circumstance will a Settlement Class Member be eligible to receive more than the $15,000.00 individual cap. A legal guardian for a Settlement Class Member who is under the age of eighteen (18) at the time of claim submission may submit a Minor Claim Form seeking reimbursement of Attested Time on the minor’s behalf.
