Common use of Reimbursement for Allocated Corporate, General and Administrative Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Allocated Corporate, General and Administrative Expenses. (a) The General Partner hereby agrees to provide (or to cause its Affiliates to provide) the Partnership Group, from and after the IPO Closing Date, with certain corporate, general and administrative services, including, but which may include (in whole or in part) and are not limited to, legal, accounting, compliance, treasury, insurance, risk management, health, safety and environmental, human resources, credit, payroll, internal audit, and tax (collectively, “Corporate Governance”). These Corporate Governance services shall be consistent in nature and quality to the services of such type previously provided by the General Partner and its Affiliates in connection with its management and operation of the Partnership’s assets prior to their acquisition by the Partnership.
