Regulus IP Clause Samples
The 'Regulus IP' clause defines the ownership, use, and protection of intellectual property (IP) related to the Regulus project or technology. Typically, this clause specifies which party retains rights to inventions, trademarks, copyrights, or other IP developed during the course of the agreement, and may outline any licenses granted for use of such IP. Its core function is to clearly allocate IP rights and responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes over ownership and use of intellectual property created or used under the contract.
Regulus IP. As among the Parties, Regulus will have the sole right to file, prosecute and maintain Patent Rights covering any Regulus IP, at Regulus’ own expense.
