Common use of Regulatory Filing Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Filing. In accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Transmission Provider shall file this Agreement, and any amendment to this Agreement with FERC as a service agreement under the Tariff. If Customer has executed this Agreement or any amendment to this Agreement, Customer shall not protest this Agreement or the amendment, shall reasonably cooperate with Transmission Provider with respect to such filing and shall provide any information, including the rendering of testimony or pleadings, as applicable, reasonably requested by Transmission Provider to the extent reasonably needed to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
