Regulatory Determination Sample Clauses

Regulatory Determination. The Parties agree to work in good faith to implement any changes to the manufacture of GMP Product that may be necessary to support Regulatory Approval. The Parties shall be jointly responsible for making the final decision as to whether a Significant Change may be implemented for the GMP Product in accordance with Section 3.6

Regulatory Determination. No federal, provincial or state agency has made any determination as to the fairness of the offering for investment purposes, or any recommendations or endorsement of this investment.

Regulatory Determination. Company shall be responsible for making the final decision as to whether a proposed design or manufacturing change may be implemented for the Product(s). Supplier is not permitted to make any modification that affects the Product(s) without notifying Company. Company shall be responsible for making the final determination as to whether such changes require regulatory approval or clearance prior to implementation and shall be responsible for filing and obtaining any required approvals and/or clearances, as necessary.

Regulatory Determination. The Company may immediately terminate the Executive’s employment in the event that a governmental entity determines that the Executive engaged in wrongdoing or inappropriate or illegal behavior at any time on or after the Effective Date. In the event the Executive’s employment is terminated as a result of any such regulatory determination (a “Regulatory Determination Termination”), the obligations of the Company shall cease immediately and the Executive shall not be entitled to any further payments of any kind, except for payment of its base salary through the date of termination.
