Common use of Regulatory Approvals and Consents Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Approvals and Consents. Seller and Purchaser shall cooperate with each other in connection with Seller’s and Purchaser’s application for regulatory approval of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Seller will use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain all consents, approvals or authorizations of all governmental authorities or agencies or third parties required for the execution, delivery and performance by Seller of this Agreement and the consummation by it of all transactions contemplated hereby or for the assumption by Purchaser of the Real Property Leases, the Equipment Leases, the Assignable Contracts and the Safe Deposit Contracts.
