Common use of Regulatory Approval and Filing Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Approval and Filing. United shall be responsible for filing this Agreement with any governmental authorities as may be required by any applicable law or regulation. If the governmental authority requests changes to this Agreement, Vendor and United shall jointly discuss the response to the governmental authority. If any governmental authority requires a change to this Agreement that either Vendor or United deems to be material, either party may request re-negotiation of the affected provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 11.15.
