Regulation U Forms. If any Collateral is "margin stock" under Regulation U of the Federal Reserve Board, Debtor will deliver to Bank a completed Form U-I satisfactory to Bank upon request.
Regulation U Forms. In connection with any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments pursuant to Section 5.4(a), and otherwise upon the request of the Administrative Agent or any Lender, if any Credit Party owns any “margin stock” under Regulation U, the Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent or such Lender an updated Form U-1, together with such other related documentation as the Administrative Agent or such Lender shall reasonably request, in order to enable the Administrative Agent and the Lenders to comply with any of the requirements under Regulations T, U or X of the Board.

Information delivered pursuant to Section 8.1 or 8.2 may also be 91 delivered by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by the Administrative Agent. The Company hereby acknowledges that (i) the Administrative Agent and/or the Lead Arrangers will make available to the Lenders materials and/or information provided by or on behalf of the Company hereunder (collectively, “Company Materials”) by posting the Company Materials on IntraLinks or another similar electronic system (the “Platform”) and (ii) certain of the Lenders (each, a “Public Lender”) may have personnel who do not wish to receive material non-public information with respect to the Company or its Affiliates, or the respective securities of any of the foregoing, and who may be engaged in investment and other market-related activities with respect to such Persons’ securities. The Company hereby agrees that so long as the Company is the issuer of any outstanding debt or equity securities that are registered or issued pursuant to a private offering or is actively contemplating issuing any such securities it will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify that portion of the Company Materials that may be distributed to the Public Lenders and that: (A) all such Company Materials shall be clearly and conspicuously marked “PUBLIC” which, at a minimum, shall mean that the word “PUBLIC” shall appear prominently on the first page thereof; (B) by marking Company Materials “PUBLIC”, the Company shall be deemed to have authorized the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arrangers and the Lenders to ...
Regulation U Forms. The Issuer or the Co-Issuers, as applicable, shall provide the Trustee with Federal Reserve Form U-1 or Federal Reserve Form G-3, as applicable, executed by the Issuer or the Co-Issuers, as applicable, and the Trustee shall provide such forms to purchasers of the Secured Debt at the request of such purchasers.
