REGULATION REQUIREMENTS. The State hereby assures and certifies that it will comply with the Federal statutes and regulations cited in this Agreement and 49 C.F.R. Part 18, Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements, as they relate to the acceptance and use of Federal funds for this project. The project funded under this agreement is considered to be a categorical exclusion under 23 C.F.R. 771.117(c)(1).
