REGULATION REQUIREMENTS. The State hereby assures and certifies that it will comply with the regulations, policies, guidelines, and requirements of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986, and the new Federal Common Rule 49 CFR, Part 18, 49 CFR, Part 90 (Audits of State and Local Governments), and 2 CFR, Part 225 (Cost Principles for State, Local, and Indian Tribal Governments) as they relate to the application, acceptance and use of Federal funds for this federally-assisted project.
