Regularization Committee Clause Samples

Regularization Committee. 11.7.2.1 A Regularization Committee shall be established consisting of two (2) representatives of the Union and two (2) representatives of the College. The Union and the College will each designate one of its members as the voting representative and each shall cast one vote. 11.7.2.2 The Regularization Committee shall be constituted no later than August 15 of any year. Normally the membership of the committee will remain fixed for two years.
