Common use of Regular Training Clause in Contracts

Regular Training. After the initial twelve months after the Commencement Date, iAdvantage shall provide a sufficient number of appropriately qualified employees to provide organized and structured training to iAsiaWorks' staff at the Premises in respect of all matters relating to the System (not more than twice yearly by prior appointment at times reasonably convenient to iAdvantage and iAsiaWorks).
