Regular Swing C.S Clause Samples

The "Regular Swing C.S" clause defines the terms under which a buyer or seller may adjust the quantity of a commodity delivered within a specified range, known as the swing tolerance, during the contract period. In practice, this allows the buyer to nominate a quantity within the agreed minimum and maximum limits for each delivery period, providing flexibility to accommodate fluctuating demand or supply conditions. The core function of this clause is to offer operational flexibility and reduce the risk of over- or under-supply, ensuring that both parties can better manage their inventory and contractual obligations.
