Common use of Regular Runs Clause in Contracts

Regular Runs. Regular runs shall be defined as morning runs bringing students to school and after school runs taking student home from school. Regular runs shall be established by two criteria: (1) the run shall be a run assigned to a driver through the bidding process and (2) it shall be considered that driver’s run until it ends up being reassigned to another driver through the bidding process. Each regular run, for retirement credit purposes, shall be considered a minimum of one and one-half (1½) hours.
