Regular Purchase Pricing Period Sample Clauses

The 'Regular Purchase Pricing Period' clause defines the specific timeframe during which the standard pricing terms for purchases apply under an agreement. Typically, this period is set out in the contract and determines when buyers can acquire goods or services at the agreed-upon regular rates, as opposed to promotional or special pricing. By clearly establishing the applicable period for regular pricing, this clause helps both parties manage expectations and avoid disputes over pricing changes or eligibility for discounts.
