Common use of Regular Progress Meetings Clause in Contracts

Regular Progress Meetings. The Contractor shall hold weekly progress meetings at the Jobsite at such time and frequency as is acceptable to the Owner's Representative. Each Subcontractor whose work is to be reported on or may be affected by the work of others shall be required to send a competent representative to such meetings to report on the progress of such Subcontractor's work and to receive information and instructions.
