Regular Payroll Schedules Clause Samples

The Regular Payroll Schedules clause establishes the timing and frequency with which employees are paid by their employer. Typically, this clause specifies whether wages will be distributed weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and may outline the specific days on which payments are made. By clearly defining when employees can expect to receive their earnings, this clause ensures predictability and transparency in compensation, helping to prevent misunderstandings or disputes regarding payment timing.
