The 'Regular Management Meetings' clause establishes a requirement for periodic meetings between the parties involved in an agreement or project. Regular Management Meetings. Contractor Project Director and/or Contractor Project Manager must attend regularly scheduled management meetings, including bi-monthly vendor forum meetings. Contractor must present a monthly overview of commissary and vending sales, trends, and contemporary commissary and vending issues, which may include, but are not limited to: sale spikes, billing, Inmate complaints, machine maintenance, theft, security concerns involving vending machines, and any other problems discovered by the County or Contractor. Contractor Project Director and/or Contractor Project Manager may also be required to attend other meetings with County Project Director, at the request of the County.
Regular Management Meetings. The Contractor Project Director or Contractor Project Manager shall attend regularly scheduled management meetings, including Title 15 Meetings, organized by Sheriff Project Director and Probation Project Director to discuss Inmate telephone services and related issues, including, but not limited to, telephone usage, billing, administration, Inmate complaints, and problems encountered by County and Contractor.
Regular Management Meetings. There shall be meetings of the Management Committee on a regular basis to be determined by the parties but not less than four times in each financial year, all to be held in California. Attendance at any such meeting may be by means of telephonic conference call or any substitute electronic means of communication.
