Registrations. In the event any intellectual property created under this Agreement and owned by LAUSD shall be determined by LAUSD to be copyrightable or patentable or otherwise registrable, Contractor shall assist LAUSD in obtaining and maintaining registrations and in vesting LAUSD with full title.
