Common use of Registration Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Registration Restrictions. If the title to any Property is not registered at the Land Registry, the Company shall procure that no person (other than itself) shall be registered under the Land Registration Acts 1925 to 2002 as proprietor of all or any part of any Property without the prior written consent of the Lender. The Company shall be liable for the costs and expenses of the Lender in lodging cautions against the registration of the title to the whole or any part of any Property from time to time.
